The report, based on a national survey of 1,210 U.S. workers, underscores the urgent need for employer support in managing substance use and highlights the significant personal and professional toll it takes on the workforce.
Aligned with federal workplace efforts as well as CDC research that recommends employers develop workplace-supported prevention, treatment, and recovery programs, Pelago survey results support the development of a corporate-led, recovery-ready workplace effort.
